State University of Semarang is one of the best universities in Central Java, and it becomes the only one university that is a conservation university. The located of the university is far from Semarang city; nevertheless, the access to be there is easy. The university is in village area; in other hand, it has many modern facilities. The students of that university must not use motorcycle or car to the campus; otherwise, they cannot to the campus area. They can take a bus to go to the campus; as a result, this university becomes so green and the air is clear because the air pollution is less. The lecturers also not allowed using their vehicles in the campus; they should park their vehicles in the parking center. This rule is not for all day long; it is only for 06.00 – 16.00. it also not every day; Saturday and Sunday are free. The vehicles may enter the campus area; only in the weekend. It is because there is no lecture activity; however, people should use their vehicle wisely in this university.
